Grants & Special Projects Manager
Meg Hagan has 14 years in the nonprofit industry and eight years in grant strategy, grant writing, and grant operations. While her background spans various nonprofit missions, a large part of her work has centered on education, basic needs, and faith-based organizations.
She will develop tactics that support Future Focused Solution clients to cultivate grant program budgets and budget reporting. Meg will work closely with the team to improve the timeliness and the information gathered for program budgets so that each grant budget tells the unique story by numbers of the mission-critical work nonprofits do.
Meg is from Cleveland, Ohio, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs, hiking, and listening to podcasts about leadership, business, and sales.
